    An x- intercept is the one where the graph crosses the x-axis (that is where the value of y = 0) whereas y-intercept of line is the one where the graph crosses the y-axis (that is where the value of x = 0).

    The general form of x-intercept is equal to (x, o).

    The common form of y intercept is equal to (0, y).
